On The Green

The green and club facilities were opened on the 26th March 2000, after much hard work by the members in building the club house, by John Austin , president of the EBA.

Recently the Club house has been extended to provide more commodious accommodation.

The men of the club compete in the Oxfordshire League and the ladies in the West Oxfordshire League.

Both men and ladies enter county competitions with varying degrees of success.

A number of members play for the County.

We have a full programme of friendlies throughout the season including or own charity day and other fun days, e.g. Ladies v Men !!

We enjoy a thriving social side apart from from bowling with bar-b-ques, pudding evenings race nights weekends away including trips to the continent.

Not for getting our annual bowls tour which combines bowling and social activities.

Monday and Fridays afternoon roll-ups are very popular with members who turn out in all weathers.
